How To Properly Remove Mold From Your Home

When dealing with mold, it is critical to prevent the spores from spreading to the uncontaminated areas of your home. The way we make sure this does not happen is to place containment barriers around the visible mold in your home. Since mold spores use air flow to spread from one place to another, it is crucial to establish this containment. A lot of airflow is created when removing the mold and can lead to cross-contamination if containment is not put in place.
That is why we make sure to put containment barriers in place to prevent the spores from getting outside of the work area. One way we go a step further is to add a HEPA Air Filtration device inside the containment to create a negative pressure.
